These Terms govern use of this TCF Express Canada waitlist page, published by [TO COMPLETE: legal entity]. By joining the list, you accept these Terms.
1. Purpose
This page lets you join a waitlist ahead of the launch of TCF Express Canada. Signing up is not a service contract and does not guarantee access: it adds you to a notification list.
2. Upcoming model (freemium)
At launch the service will be freemium: free access to practice exercises across the 4 skills (without AI grading), and a paid Premium plan unlocking AI grading for speaking and writing, the mock exam, and full series. Exact terms, pricing and sale conditions will be communicated at launch and may change.
3. Independence
TCF Express Canada is an independent preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with France Éducation international (TCF), CCI Paris Île-de-France (TEF), or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). "TCF", "TEF" and "NCLC" are referenced descriptively.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, not to enroll third parties without consent, and not to disrupt the service (bots, fraud, overload).
5. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks and graphics on this page remain the property of their publisher and may not be reused without permission.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is", without availability guarantee. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this signup page.

Processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
